Contract

When buying goods and services on the internet the consumer is entering a legally binding contract.

There will be no obligation or contract between yourself and ant supplies until we have received your order and accepted it in the form of an email notification which will usually also confirm your orders dispatch.

This also gives time for you to contact us to amend your order, for cases where you may have input the desired quantity incorrectly or even the wrong item or more commonly the wrong delivery address.

We reserve the right to refuse orders at our own discretion.

The contract is also subject to your right to cancel.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013

You have the right to cancel within fourteen calendar days.

This period runs from the day the contract is concluded for services, and for goods it's from the day after the day of delivery.

Privacy - Personally Provided Information

If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an email, or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our website, we only use that information to respond to your inquiry or process your orders and only employees will have access to your volunteered information.

We do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party, unless required to by law.

We do not offer an option to create customer accounts on our site, so no sensitive data is exchanged or collected.

Applicable Law

UK law is the applicable law on this website.

ant-supplies and it's employees accept no responsibility for direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of any product sold from this website.

The customer is responsible for knowing their local laws and/or statues.

Product and company names, logos, brands and other trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners.
